Cancellations, Terms, and Refund Policy
No outside food or drink allowed in the facility (Cake or Cupcakes, OK). Refunds will only be given to Event Cancellations received within 48 hours AFTER a deposit has been paid. After 48 hours we will issue Jump Credit or Reschedule a party at management discretion if the event is more than 7 days in the future. For all reschedules or if applying for Jump Credit a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the deposit to make a $75 jump credit. Events occurring within 7 days cannot be rescheduled and deposit would be forfeit.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the above amount plus any additional charges and will make full payment 72 hours prior to my event. All charges incurred the day of the event will be paid in full at the time of check in. All accommodations outside of this agreement must be in writing and approved by both parties.
